Our 30 Day Refund Policy

You can return most, unwashed, unworn (excluding just trying them on) items on our website. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for items on sale/ clearance.

The Refund will be in the form of a Diamond K Country gift card to the equal amount paid for the item being returned. Unless you have purchased your product using Afterpay. Therefore, your refund will be issued through your Afterpay account.

Some exeptions for being able to return products:
  • The Product was on sale or discounted
  • The product tags have been removed
  • You do not have proof of purchase from our store
  • The Item has been damaged, worn or used (other than just trying them on)

If you have purchased a product from our store are wanting to return it, the steps are as follows:

  1. Place your item in the provided, return labelled, pre paid post bag

  2. Send it back! Yes, it's that simple!

An example of how the process works

  1. You purchase an item at our store and try it on when you receive it. If you don't like the fit, you can return that item within 30 days for a refund in the form of a DKC Gift Card or Afterpay credit. The refund amount excludes postage.
  2. Click on Returns Centre in the Footer Menu on the website (http://diamondkcountry.myreturnscenter.com/)
  3. Put in the order number for that item and your Email address
  4. Select the item from your order you wish to return
  5. Put the reason for returning the item and a short message with any additional information. Please include images of any items 'Damages'.
  6. Select the payment method Store Credit or Afterpay (only select this option if your product was originally purchased using Afterpay) and also the preferred shipping method
  7. After that, the return will be assessed by a team member who will contact you regarding the return via email
  8. If your return is approved we will then await the arrival of the item, inspect it and get in contact with you in regards to refunding you.
  9. In the unlikely circumstances that your return is refused, we will contact you to discuss further actions.

Detailed Exchange Policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts for 30 days from date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Discounted or sale items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 365 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a Gift Card will be issued and sent to you via email within a certain amount of days. Unless you have purchased your product using Afterpay. Therefore, your refund will be issued through your Afterpay account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your Gift Card or Afterpay refund within a week of your item being received & approved, please contact us at store@diamondkcountry.com or, call us during working hours on 07 4941 5433.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Store@diamondkcountry.com and send your item to: P.O Box 848, Moranbah Queensland AU 4744.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
